All Scratch Repair paint kits are custom-made for each individual customer's order due to the unique color code paint product. Therefore, single paint products and paint kits are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations.
Non-Custom Made Paint Products can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund. All items must be in their original packaging and unused.
How Does the Returns/Refund Policy Work?
If you encounter a paint color issue, please contact us by emailing info@scratchrepair.co.uk after double-checking your vehicle's color code for accuracy. Scratch Repair offers a 100% color match guarantee (assuming correct color information was provided with the order). If the color is incorrect, we will either remake the paint to check for mixing inaccuracy or offer you a full refund.
When Do My Revocation Rights Begin?
The revocation/cancellation period begins upon the receipt of the last item in your order and lasts for 28 days. Details regarding your right of revocation are included in our terms and conditions.
How Much Are the Return Costs?
Customers are responsible for returning items to us at their own cost.
How Do I Get My Money Back?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a refund. This process typically takes up to 7 business days. In the case of a credit card refund, it may take up to 30 days to complete. Scratch Repair offers the following refund options:
For credit card payments, your credit card account will be credited.
For payments via PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited.
A refund via other means of payment is not possible unless your credit card has expired. In this case, we will need your bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) to refund the amount into your bank account.
